Opportunity has spent a few sols examining the "El Capitan" portion of Opportunity Ledge. Here are some pictures of the rover's approach and of the instrument arm poised over its subject. Note: The bottom scene is rather large. The first two are from downsampled versions released by NASA. All are from the forward hazard avoidance cameras and have been corrected for those cameras' fisheye distortion.
The images below will pan in the direction shown by the arrows beneath them when you place the mouse over the arrows. Use the leftmost pair for cross-eyed, rightmost for parallel-eyed.
Click on a thumbnail on the right to chose a different pair, or a red-cyan anaglyph of the scene.
